JP8 is dedicated to helping its investor partners gain access to quality investment opportunities in the UAE industrial and residential real estate sector.
JP8 was founded in Dubai in 2024, and is working towards its way into one of the UAE’s key real estate companies in the United Arab Emirates. Our strategy pursues a 360-degree approach in our three independently operating business lines JP8 Industrial Development, JP8 Investment and JP8 Asset Management. This way, we cover the entire value chain of a property as developer, operator, investor and advisor, and we do so across two asset classes, industrial and residential.
Our guiding principle is that every project must make sense both financially and has positive impact on people, businesses and places.
Prior to establishing JP8, our founding partners spent over a decade serving the UAE, European, and South East Asian market in mining and raw mineral trading, construction and real estate investment sectors. This foundation continues to shape the disciplined and value add focused approach we bring to real estate investments and execution today.

JP-8 focuses in industrial& logistics development, delivering speculative developments in strategic locations in the United Arab Emirates, as well as build-to-suit projects tailored to specific operational needs.
JP8 purchases assets with opportunities to add significant value through development and focused management. Utilizing 30 years of local experience, market knowledge, and long-term relationships with many groups in the the UAE, JP8 manages the entire acquisition process, including sourcing, financial underwriting, zoning analysis, business plan designing, structuring, financing, and asset management.

JP8 is actively engaged in investment activities with a focus on industrial and residential assets, either from its own capital, partner sources or both. Smaller projects are typically financed from own sources with external partner capital used for large-scale investment projects in cooperation with leading investment partners across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Europe.
