The UAE’s industrial and logistics real estate market and economy have witnessed exceptional momentum, fuelled by strong rental growth, low vacancies, and surging demand across logistics and manufacturing. This growth is underpinned by transformative national programs such as the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and Operation 300bn, both reflecting the UAE’s long-term commitment to industrial innovation and economic diversification. Recognising the immense potential within this rapidly evolving landscape, economy and political leadership stability, JP8 was founded in 2024 and our plan to capture and enter the industrial market focusing on development and management of logistics and industrial projects began to take shape.

Today, our priority is clear: to identify and secure prime industrial land, develop logistics industrial parks to sustain the strong market demand, and forge strong partnerships with investors and partners seeking exposure to one of the most dynamic real estate markets and sectors in the region. While we may not be the largest developer in portfolio and AUM, our ambitions and vision are the highest. We have the right team and market understanding, fully capable of meeting these ambitions.
