JP EIGHT (JP-8), founded in 2024, is a UAE-based privately held real estate firm specialising primarily in the development and management of industrial and logistics assets, as well as investment of residential across the United Arab Emirates.

As a private firm, we pride ourselves on being agile, selective, and highly aligned with our investors and partners. We are privileged to collaborate with a trusted network of private investors and family offices firms who invest with us in real estate opportunities in the industrial and residential assets.

Meet the Team

The majority of our team is from the Emirates and international who bring invaluable local knowledge. A company culture that rewards initiative and fosters ownership.

Our team is focusing on two real estate asset classes mainly industrial and logistics.

  • FOUNDING PARTNER

    Nam has extensive experience in the Czech and Vietnam commercial real estate sector, having held investment and commercial management roles at Savills. Prior to cofounding JP8, he founded PPG, a Commercial Real Estate Investment and Advisory in the Czech Republic, working with leading CEE players in industrial, residential and alternative investments and development. His background uniquely blends institutional expertise with entrepreneurial insight and strong product and market understanding.

    Over the years, Nam has built strong relationships with local and international investors, including private investors, private equity and family offices, particularly from South East Asia and Europe. From industry professionals, such as real estate brokers, consultants, contractors, and developers — these relationships have been key to navigating the complexities of real estate investments.

    Nam earned his Master in Property Development at the University of Technology Sydney and his BA in international business from EU Business School Munich.

  • FOUNDING PARTNER

    Jasem is the cofounding and local partner within the UAE for JP8, bringing over a decade of experience in the industrial mining/trading, construction, and investment sectors. Before founding JP8, he established and continues to manage JAYEECO Group and a family third generation mining and raw-mineral trading firm focusing on markets in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, and African region. His relationships with local families and industry experts gained hands-on market insight and forged essential industry partnerships truly gives JP8 a competitive edge in the market and discover off-market opportunities.

    Leveraging his unique position, extensive local network, and market know-how, Jasem excels at negotiating, execution and uncovering opportunities in the UAE investment and business market.
