This policy explains how JP8 (“we”) handles personal data submitted through this website. We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through our forms: typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry, and your email address if you sign up to our newsletter.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and continue a business conversation you have started.
• To send the newsletter, if you have signed up. Every issue includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to your enquiry.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, and this website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf and only to deliver their service.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are read most. It sets cookies but does not tell us who you are. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop receiving communications, at any time by emailing info@jp-eight.com. We will act on your request promptly.
