What each industry needs from a UAE warehouse
A 3PL needs docks and yard depth. A production line needs power and strong floors. A cold store needs insulation and backup power. We start with how you operate, then find or build the building that fits.

Building types
Five building types
Most requirements fit one of these, whether you need a small unit with a trade counter or a building designed around one operation. Each card opens a 3D model.
Indicative ranges. The final size is set for each project.
The bars compare the five types with each other. They are not specifications.

Questions occupiers ask
These eight: Logistics & 3PL, Manufacturing, Distribution, Food & consumer goods, E-commerce & fulfilment, Pharmaceuticals & healthcare, Automotive, Specialised industrial operations. If your operation does not fit one of them, tell us what it needs.
Very little good space is empty: Grade A warehouses averaged 95% occupancy (Cushman & Wakefield, Oct 2025). We look at off-market as well as listed space, and build when nothing fits.
We start with how you operate and the date you need to move in. The building and the location follow from that.
Often, yes. Storage, light production, offices and a trade counter can share a building if it is planned that way from the start.
