Fujairah Free Zone suits traders and manufacturers that want to be near the Port of Fujairah on the east coast. FFZA lets you take over a pre-built unit once the licence is issued, or build to your own design. Distance from the Dubai market is the main trade-off.

Our view for investors

FFZA says it has operated for more than two decades, next to a port with container, bulk and oil business. It publishes little on stock, rents or occupancy, so any investment needs primary research. Land and buildings are leased from FFZA, which frames any development structure.
