Masdar City works for a head office, lab or research team a few minutes from Zayed International Airport. It is not a warehousing location. If you hold stock, pair it with a logistics site elsewhere.

Institutional capital is buying here: the Aldar and Mubadala joint venture bought The Link in April 2026 and Masdar City Square in September 2026. These are office assets, so they sit outside an industrial and logistics strategy.
