Ruwais makes sense if your work is tied to the plants: maintenance, materials, packaging or converting local polymers. The TA’ZIZ Light Industrial Area is the main published route to purpose-built space. Demand here follows the operators’ project schedules.

Our view for investors

Large projects drive demand: TA’ZIZ chemicals plants due from 2027 and 2028, Borouge 4 and Ruwais LNG. Tenant depth outside that ecosystem is limited, so leasing risk follows project timelines. TA’ZIZ asks interested parties to come through its official procurement channels.
