Our view for tenants

Al Quoz puts you about 10 minutes’ drive from Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates (Cushman & Wakefield), which suits city deliveries, trade counters and service businesses. The area was set aside for industry in the 1970s and 1980s, so buildings vary in age and specification. Check truck access and power before you sign.

Our view for investors

Al Quoz has a central location and a long industrial history, and parts of it are moving towards creative and mixed uses. That may change permitted uses over time, so check the current planning use and title for each plot before underwriting.
